A: No need! I provide premium braiding hair and human hair for styles that require it. If you prefer to bring your own, please let me know in advance.

Hair Prep & Maintenance

Q: Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
A: No, I provide shampoo and blow-dry services as part of your appointment. If you arrive with extremely tangled or matted hair, an additional detangling fee may apply.

Q: How should I prepare for my appointment?
A: Just come with your natural hair—I’ll handle the rest! Bring a phone charger, snacks, or a book for long sessions.

Q: How long do knotless braids last?
A: With proper care, 4-8 weeks, depending on the size and maintenance routine.

Q: What’s the best way to maintain my braids?
A:
✔ Wrap hair with a silk/satin scarf at night
✔ Apply light scalp oil to keep it fresh
✔ Avoid excessive water exposure unless washing

A: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments via the booking platform.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

A: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may be applied or the appointment may be canceled.
