💫 The AR Experience – Booking Policy Effective July 28, 2025 Please read before booking. Booking confirms agreement with these terms: 📅 Appointments • Online booking only • Non-refundable retainer required • One transfer per month (no repeats) • No switching styles at appointment 💳 Payments & Fees • 8% SC service tax added at checkout • $3 card processing fee applies • Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay accepted • After-hours (after 4PM) = +$50 • Sundays/Mondays = +$50 (my off days) • No refunds or payment disputes 👑 Bundles • Non-refundable (used or unused) • Transferable with written notice • Missed payment = 72 hr grace period • Missed appointment = forfeited (no rollovers) ⏰ Late Policy • 15+ minutes late = automatic reschedule 🚫 Guests • No extra guests unless discussed 💇🏾‍♀️ Hair Concerns • Speak up before leaving – after-care changes may have a fee 🛑 Boundaries • Disrespect = service refusal with no refund Thanks for respecting my time, policies, and business.
